Cost of Services

Fees for counselling sessions are determined on a sliding scale based on a family’s gross annual income and number of dependents.

No client is refused services because of an inability to pay.

Service Description

Our approach to counselling is holistic. We pay attention to the emotional, cognitive, physical, spiritual, social, cultural and linguistic dimensions of peoples’ lives.

Sessions are typically one hour long. How often you meet is based on your needs and the time commitments of your counsellor. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly depending on what fits best.

Your counsellor can also provide you with contact information for after hour resources in case of crisis or emergency as counsellors are not available outside of agency hours.
