“This Agency provides a living example of the gospel in the Region of Peel and Dufferin County through the services provided and in the inclusive manner in which they are offered. We found this agency to have integrated Catholic Social Teaching throughout all facets of their work and noticed that they authentically strive to support and serve the marginalized in the community.  CFSPD serves vulnerable persons and families in a professional and expert manner.  Staff is actively responsive and present in creating healthy communities by supporting and promoting the dignity of all.”

CFSPD & the Safe Centre of Peel joined Peel Committee Against Women Abuse (PCAWA) for the return of the annual Take Back The Night rally at Ken Willians Square in Brampton. The event aims to raise awareness about gender based-violence. The event hosted a community affair, where CFSPD, the Safe Centre of Peel and 14 different community agencies hosted booths to share information on local supports and services for individuals experiencing violence.
