At the walk-in counselling clinic, counselors work together with individuals, couples and families to identify what positive changes they’d like to make and how to make them. Clients report that walk-in counselling is helpful in addressing their goals and they describe feeling more hopeful once they have visited the clinic.
If you are unable to attend during regular walk-in times or locations we may offer scheduled appointments that are convenient for you. Please call 905. 450. 1608 Ext. 112 for more information.
When seeking counselling for yourself and your children, we ask that parent(s)/guardian(s) attend the first session without their children (childcare is available at the walk-In clinics to make this easier). We do this so that we can assess your situation and determine the best possible plan for service. If you are separated or divorced, please bring legal documentation outlining custody agreements to this first session.
